What is the Refer a Friend Program?
Our referral program thanks existing patients who recommend our practice to friends and family. When your referral books their first appointment and mentions your name, they receive a credit and you enter our prize draws.

Offer Details | Refer a Friend Program
In this document:
- ‘Referrer’ means an existing patient of a Relevant Practice who refers a friend or family member to the Program.
- ‘Referral’ (or ‘Referred Patient’) means a new patient who has been referred by a Referrer.
- ‘Relevant Practice’ means the following branded practices of NDC Australia Pty Ltd: NDC, DB Dental, KR Dental, Forum Dentistry, Perth Central Dental Centre, Exceptional Dental, K1 Dental, Richmond Fine Dentistry, Geelong Smile Studio, Apple Dental, Rawson Dental, Dentist WA, Ranford Road Dental, Studfield Dental, Surfside Dental, Kissing Point Road Dental & Fullarton Park Dental.
Program Benefits
- Referral: $30 account credit applied to out-of-pocket expenses.
- Referrer: Entry into prize draw for each successful referral.
- Referrers can refer their friends and family to receive an entry into our Refer A Friend prize draw. The Referral will receive a $30 account credit.The $30 account credit will only be applied to the Referral’s out-of-pocket expenses, not their health fund rebate (where applicable). If the Referral has a health fund that covers the cost of their first appointment, they can use the $30 on any subsequent appointments or treatments (except for treatments involving cosmetic injectables).
Credit use
- The $30 credit applies to out-of-pocket costs only.
- The credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The credit cannot be used for cosmetic injectables.
- The credit expires 12 months from issue unless extended by the practice.
Eligibility Criteria
- Referrers must be existing patients of a participating Relevant Practice and over the age of 18.
- Referrals can visit any Relevant Practice and must also be over the age of 18.
- Referrals must be new patients (not existing patients of any Relevant Practice).
The $30 account credit or prize draw entry cannot be exchanged for cash. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make, and the prize draw entry applies for each successful referral.
Offer Period
This Offer is ongoing but may be withdrawn at any time without notice
Redemption Process
- Referrers: Provide your friend or family member with your name to mention when they book their appointment so that we can verify the referral.
- Referrals: Mention the name of the person who referred you prior to attending your first appointment or present a referral voucher at reception.
- Once a referral has been verified, Referrers will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Privacy and Consent
If you are a Referrer, by participating in this Program, you:
- acknowledge and agree that identifying you as a patient constitutes health information, and you consent to St Mark Dental using this information for Program purposes; and
- consent to having your name published on St Mark Dental ‘s website if you win the prize draw.

Offer Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to the eligibility and use of the Offer:
- only existing patients of Relevant Practices can refer friends and family;
- Referrers and Referrals must be over 18 years old;
- the $30 account credit applies only to out-of-pocket expenses;
- the $30 account credit cannot be used for treatments involving cosmetic injectables;
- account credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue but may be extended upon request;
- this Offer can be used in conjunction with other offers, including the new patient offer;
- the Referral must notify the Relevant Practice of their referrer’s details prior to attending their first appointment to claim the discount; and
- Referrers may accumulate prize draw entries from multiple referrals. There is no limit to the amount of patients that each Referrer can refer to Relevant Practice.
